Initial Engagement is On Us

 

The initial engagement with GRP provides a free, no obligation assessment (up to one-half day) of potential client company situation, aspirations, challenges, etc. After which, GRP will deliver an opinion, at no cost to the potential client, about what needs to be done and how that might best be accomplished. Sometimes this includes GRP sharing a point-of-view, but not offering to engage with the potential client – for example, in the case where GRP may not be the best equipped to accomplish what is needed by the potential client. However, in many cases, GRP will write a proposal to engage with the potential client and define a specific set of objectives to be accomplished that will be designed take the client to the next level in terms of the client’s objectives – e.g. increased sales revenue, reduced costs, organizational efficiencies, etc.


Business Relationship Customized to Fit Your Specific Needs

 

Once a proposal is accepted, an engagement is designed as an advisory service such that client will leverage the GRP Chief Exec, Wayne Brannon (WDB) as an extension and integrated part of its own leadership team. WDB will work with a limited number of designated members of the client team who are assigned to lead the collaboration project, drive a specific set of results and/or be designated to receive an individualized coaching program themselves – depending on the objectives outlined in the proposal. GRP will also include in the scope of the proposal, any resources outside of GRP that will be required and contract for these resources to augment the GRP team, as necessary. GRP is compensated in the form of a monthly retainer, plus associated costs incurred for the benefit of the client.
